With England’s second national lockdown beginning today, we wanted to reassure all our clients, and any new customers in need of waste management consultancy, that ALL our services are continuing as usual in accordance with the Government’s ‘Working safely during coronavirus (Covid-19)’ guidelines updated yesterday (4 November 2020).
As an essential service, our priority is to support our clients through this period to ensure their business continues to have access to the waste services they need to operate safely, and with minimal disruption.
The health and safety of our staff, our clients, our suppliers and the local communities in which we work is of the upmost importance to us, and the basis for all our decisions.
Encore Environment has robust business continuity processes and procedures in place to ensure that our services continue, and our sites keep moving. All staff are fully conversant of the infection control and social distancing guidelines set out by the Government.
Our web-based business system is fully data-secure and covers all elements required to maintain service delivery to our customers from sales and procurement through to inventory and monitoring. It can be used on any device with a web browser such as mobiles, tablets and laptops, so enables our staff and consultants to work from home keeping them away from any unnecessary risk of exposure. This allows our key business functions to continue working efficiently to support our clients, locally and nationally, while the latest lockdown measures take effect.
Encore Environment is fully independent of waste companies so has a national supply chain to support. We are flexible and can adapt to our client’s needs during this challenging time.
We are monitoring the situation for our clients and keeping abreast of all Government announcements relating to the construction industry.
We would like to thank our customers and suppliers for their unwavering support during this challenging time. Together, we will keep the wheels turning.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for waste services or advice.
